Napa County Mosquito Abatement District provides a compensation package to its staff that consists of a combination of salaries and benefits.  Benefits include but are not limited to:  CalPERS pension, medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid sick leave, paid vacation, 14 paid holidays, a wellness/fitness program, longevity pay, night-time differential pay, state certification and continuing education, and cell phone reimbursement.
